Overview #

Players have the opportunity to obtain Crate Keys through various channels such as the web store, Battle Pass, and as rewards for engaging in activities like PokeBingo, PokeHunts, and more, depending on the season.

Obtaining Crate Keys #

1. Web Store:
   • Obtain Crate Keys through our web store for a convenient and accessible way to unlock crates.
2. Battle Pass:
   • Progress through the Battle Pass to earn Crate Keys as a reward, adding an extra incentive for leveling up.
3. In-Game Activities:
   • Participate in seasonal activities like PokeBingo, PokeHunts, and more to receive Crate Keys as rewards.

Available Crates #

1. One Star Crate:
   • One Star Keys are obtained primarily through voting. These rewards aren’t refreshed.
   • All prizes have equal odds and you only need one One Star Key to use.
2. Two Star Crate:
   • Obtain better rewards with our themed Two Star Crate. This crate has its rewards refreshed roughly every 1 to 3 months to be themed around a specific season.
   • All prizes have equal odds and you only need one Two Star Key to use.
3. Three Star Crate:
   • Much more valuable rewards can be obtained through this crate. This crate has its rewards refreshed roughly every 1 to 3 months to be themed around a specific season.
   • All prizes have equal odds and you only need one Three Star Key to use.
4. Four Star Crate:
   • Filled with rare and sought-after items and Pokemon, this crate has its rewards refreshed roughly every 1 to 3 months to be themed around a specific season.
   • All prizes have equal odds and you only need one Four Star Key to use.
5. Five Star Crate:
   • The most coveted prizes await inside the Five Star Crate. This crate functions a bit differently from other crates.
     • The Five Star Crate requires 10x 5 Star Keys to use
     • Upon use of a ★★★★ (4 Star) Key, you will receive 1x ★★★★★ (5 Star) Key.
     • Upon use of a ★★★ (3 Star) Key, you have a 50% chance to receive 1x ★★★★★ (5 Star) Key
     • Upon use of a ★★ (2 Star) Key, you have a 10% chance to receive 1x ★★★★★ (5 Star) Key
     • Upon use of a ★ (1 Star) Key, you have a 1% chance to receive 1x ★★★★★ (5 Star) Key
     • This crate only has 9 prizes – the best prizes such as Shiny Legendaries. While all prizes are equal odds still, their rewards are on a “one-time” obtainment basis. This means if you win one specific prize, that prize will not be able to be obtained the next time you use the Five Star Crate, slightly boosting the odds of the other prizes to be a 1 in 8 chance instead of 1 in 9
     • After you obtain all the prizes in this crate, all prizes are “reset” so you can obtain them all again.
     • The rewards in this crate typically refresh once every 3 months

Equal Odds for All Prizes #

1. Fair Distribution:
   • All prizes within each crate have equal odds of obtainment, ensuring a fair and balanced system.
2. Stockpiling:
   • Not a fan of a specific theme of rewards through the available crates? No problem! Simply save your Keys and use them when their rewards are refreshed on the next season. Your Keys will always work for the specified crate, no matter how much time has passed.
